After 14 incredible years, it’s time for a chang After 14 incredible years, it’s time for a change, I am closing the doors of my Teaching Kitchen in Croton-on-Hudson the end of this month, May 2026. 

This space has been filled with so many meaningful moments shared around food and health, and of course you, my clients and readers.

I am excited to continue my work in a new way, focusing on virtual health coaching which has been a large part of my business since COVID. I am letting go to make room for what’s next, and to spend more time with my 11 month old granddaughter. I feel this isn’t an ending so much as an evolution. 

If you’re feeling called to make meaningful changes and would like guidance and accountability, I’d be honored to support you. I’m currently welcoming a few new coaching clients and offering a complimentary health chat to get started.
