Start your week off right with our 60-minute class led by *Jacqueline, where you’ll be guided through gentle Hatha Yoga poses followed by a short Meditation. Prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the week ahead with this rejuvenating session.

*Jacqueline Gorton was born in California, raised in Colorado, and recently relocated from Austin, Texas, to start afresh in New York. Known for her nomadic, free-spirited nature, she shares a deep passion for traveling solo alongside her dedication to the healing arts.
Her journey into holistic and mindful practices began a decade ago when her father was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer and passed away shortly after. Seeking solace, she enrolled in a yoga teacher training program through Shambava in Denver, Colorado. The teachings of Asanas (yoga postures), Meditation, and Bhakti (devotional yoga) from her training provided profound comfort during her time of grief.
Since completing her yoga teacher training, Jacqueline has continued to dive into the healing arts. She is deeply committed to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through guiding yoga, meditation, sound healing, and bodywork.
