I just completed Susan’s 21 day cleanse. Logically I didn’t know why I was doing it because I had already been on a cleansing diet for three weeks prior to her class. But intuitively it just felt right.
It turned out to be exactly what I needed. I learned a lot, laughed a lot and came away with a whole new way of being with food. You mean, I really don’t need all that animal protein (being a type O blood type) I thought I would go into blood sugar shock without? You mean, because of the old way I have been eating required more food
and more protein than I actually needed or even wanted? And the weight loss is a welcome side benefit. I am really grateful to have participated in her class. Now I intend to take her cooking classes. Why stop now?
