Thank you for re-connecting me to the food I eat, Susan. I realized that I needed a referee at first to show me what the limits were, then a coach to help me be successful, and now a friendly voice in my inbox (or at the farmers market) to cheer me on and give gentle encouragement. This course taught me that I have so much more will power than I imagined. And I fit into pants that I was about to give away, thinking “there is no way I am dropping from an 8/10 to a 4 again.” They actually fit. I can’t even believe it. And I did it by eating chocolate truffles, smooth miso soup, sweet potato chips, almond butter spread, energizing juices, and hearty falafel salads. I started with a list of about a dozen physical and mental complaints that seemed unrelated. Every single one improved in the first week and most are gone after a month. I feel so much more confident. My skin is clearer. I am making smarter decisions at work. I feel closer to my wife and daughter. This was exactly what I needed. It set so much else in motion, with just a 21-day commitment. Thank you for introducing me to this new life.
