Teens Nutrition / Cooking Session
IN A BLINK OF THE EYE, your teen will be leaving the nest. Set them up for success and independence by giving them a head start into healthy eating. Cooking is a life skill, that’ll make them independent and succeed, beyond the nest.
Teens nutrition + cooking classes will not only empower your teen with cooking skills, but they will also experience new foods, and be inspired to cook simple, tasty, healthy meals & snacks that are nutritionally good for them.
In a small group or private lesson, your teen will:
- Learn to follow a recipe
- Learn how to use cooking equipment; food processor, blenders, mixers etc.
- Learn how to measure, sauté, whisk
- Cook/bake using “nutritious” organic ingredients
- Experiment with new food.
The best part is they will taste first hand how delicious and healthy, making it from scratch can be. We pride ourselves on using organic ingredients free of additives, dyes, pesticides & GMO’s.
