Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp grated ginger (more to taste)
Instructions
- Add cranberries and dates into a food processor, pulse until chunky.
- Add in orange, spice and ginger, pulse to combine to a chunky consistency.
- Enjoy as a condiment.
