Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup pitted meejool dates
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 drop peppermint essential oil (optional)
- 4 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp flax meal or chia (optional)
Instructions
- Place walnuts, dates, hemp, cacao, peppermint oil & flax in a food processor. Pulse.
- Continue processing until it forms a ball.
- Roll dough in 3/4″ balls.
- Roll balls in coconut.
- Enjoy or freeze in glass jar until ready to eat.
