Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/2 cup meejool dates, pitted (approx. 6)
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse dates. nuts and spices until it forms a sticky ball
- Roll dough in small balls
- Roll balls in coconut
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat
