Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Egg
Sea Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Slice pepper in half and carve out the seeds.
- Crack an egg into the cavity of each half and bake on a baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes, to your liking
- Remove from oven, season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
