Ingredients
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon local raw honey
- 1 handful of blueberries
- a handful of strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Devein kale and cut up in bite size pieces, place in large salad bowl.
- Wash and dry well.
- In a bowl, whisk together EVOO, apple cider vinegar & honey.
- Drizzle dressing on kale and massage well using your hands until the kale softens.
- Add in sliced strawberries and blueberries, toss together
- Sprinkle walnuts before serving
