Ingredients
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Remove the kale leaves from the stems
- Tear into bite size pieces
- Wash kale and spin completely dry in a salad spinner
- Spin it again to make sure the kale is really dry
- Place kale in a large mixing bowl & drizzle oil on kale.
- Massage oil into kale
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds & salt
- Spread in a single layer on cookie sheet
- Bake for about 10 minutes turning once
