Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (add in more to thin it out)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- A large handful of fresh arugula or flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 cloves of raw garlic (more to taste)
- 3/4 -1 cup hemp seeds
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Enjoy with a tray of crudité.
