Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
1. Combine chia seeds, milk, cacao, mashed banana & vanilla in a bowl or blender.
2. Place in serving cups.
3. Garnish with shredded coconut, or top with fresh fruit!
