1 tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

2 tbsps Toasted Sesame Oil

3 tbsps Tamari

1 Yellow Onion, Diced

1 cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)

2 tbsps Garlic, Minced

2 stalks Green Onion (sliced)

4 cups Cauliflower Rice

2 Carrots, Diced

1/2 cup Frozen Peas
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets, wash and spin dry in salad spinner. Using a food processor, add cauliflower florets to a food processor, pulse to create a rice like texture. Don’t over pulse.
- In a skillet over medium add the oil along with the garlic and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring the onions till slightly browned. Add in carrots, sauté for approx. 3 minutes. Add in peas, scallion, peppers and cauliflower rice, mix well.
- Add tamari and sesame oil to the rice. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, stirring often to mix, until rice is cooked. ENJOY!
