Ingredients
dry ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. flax meal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
wet ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease baking dish with a small amount of coconut oil
- Place apples in baking dish
- in a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients
- Combine dry ingredients into wet to create a crumble consistency
- Spread over the apples
- Bake approx. 40 minutes until apples are bubbling and top is getting golden
