Ingredients
1-13 can coconut milk (refrigerate for 24-hours before making)
2 tablespoon maple syrup or raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Open coconut can and carefully scoop out coconut fat solid only, not liquid. Place in mixing bowl.
- Using an electric hand mixer, whip the coconut.
- Add in vanilla and sweetener, whip and enjoy with fresh berries
