There’s something so satisfying about stepping into the garden and picking your own Swiss Chard (from seed) vibrant, fresh, and packed with nutrients!
This leafy green is a #metabolichealth powerhouse. It’s rich in magnesium, fiber (which supports digestion + satiety), and antioxidants that help fight inflammation.
I always say: it’s not about restriction rather it’s about adding in the right foods to fuel your body. Swiss chard is one of those foods that checks all the boxes .
