Superfood & Smoothie Workshop

Join Susan Chasen, Nutrition & Health Coach for an interactive workshop to experience the health benefits of making smoothies. We will be blending nutritious and delicious organic leafy greens, vegetables and fruits with super-foods.
You will leave with tools and confidence to make your own delicious and nutritious smoothies at home. Samples and recipes will be provided.
