Got stress? Join us Sunday evenings to stress less! Transform your week with a beautiful guided meditation followed by easy energy techniques.
Meditation ha been proven to lower stress levels. All are welcome, fro those who have never meditated before to those with a regular practice. Feel free to bring your teens ages 12+.
The meditation will be followed by a few energy tools including tapping, visualization and positive energetic downloads.
