Nutrition Bootcamp

Nutrition Boot Camp is a 3-week, supported program to jump-start you to good health. Creating a paradigm shift in your diet by consuming more whole foods while engaging in physical activity is the cornerstone to good health.
Susan Chasen, Nutrition & Health Coach will support and guide you on choosing foods that promote wellness while removing common food allergens from your diet. We will meet weekly (3x’s) for 2-hrs of coaching and cooking, Jan 19, 26, Feb 9th.
Clients will gain confidence and knowledge as they work with Natalie Zeno, personal trainer, to implement an individualized fitness plan 2x’s a week, 60 minute each session.
