MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)

In this 8-week program, you will learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity to care for yourself, finding greater balance, ease and peace of mind.

Dates: Saturdays from January 4th- February 22nd
Location: The Organic Teaching Kitchen, 18 Old Post Road South, Croton on Hudson, NY, 10520
 
Schedule: 
Saturday, January 4th: 10 AM-3 PM
Saturdays January 8th-February 15th: 1-3 PM
Saturday, February 22nd: 10 AM-3 PM

Instructor: Amy Reyer, Ph.D.
Amy has been researching, practicing, coaching and writing about mindfulness-based personal and professional transformation for over 10 years. She completed her training in MBSR at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School. Amy leads meditation groups and workshops in Hudson Valley, NY and also offers one-on-one professional coaching.

$400 per person (8 sessions)
