Baby and Me Postnatal Recovery Pilates

W/Brooklyn Embodied  – Bring your baby to these classes! They are specifically designed to aid in the healing of the postnatal body, helping the abdominal layers and pelvic floor reconnect, which is essential to a postpartum recovery.

All of the exercises are gentle, focusing on realignment and creating foundational strength and connections. You will also learn how to assess and safely work towards closing diastasis recti.
