Join Amy Reyer, Editor-in-Chief of ArtofLivingSlowly.com and professional coach specializing in Zen Living, meditation and personal/professional transformation. She has spent the last 10 years studying, practicing and teaching Buddhist meditation. Prior to this, Amy was a successful women’s media executive and busy-aholic.

- How doing less means getting more done
- How less stuff means more time (decluttering)
- A simple meditation practice
- How and when to disconnect
- How to eat slowly
