This hands on workshop will provide you with the space to release some of your stress, connect with other women, & leave with a plan to help you thrive through the holiday season.

This workshop is led by Krysty Krywko, Ed.D. (coach/educator, & mixed media artist) who uses creativity to help women heal, recover, and reclaim themselves.

Please bring a sketchbook, the rest of the materials will be provided.
