Join Chris for a ‘hands-on” workshop in the garden at The Organic Teaching Kitchen. Chris will demonstrate how to to cultivate and grow your own shiitake mushrooms.
You will learn:
- the equipment you need
- how to inoculate logs,
- how to maintain your logs
- how to harvest your mushrooms
