Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Milk; Cow, Sheep, Almond Or Coconut
1 Ripe Banana
1/3 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen
3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a bowl, mash banana.
Add in milk & chia seeds.
Mix together until well combined.
Let the mixture set for 30 minutes in refrigerator until thickened.
Once it has thickened up, layer chia pudding into serving cup. Add a layer of blueberries, repeat layers and enjoy!.
