Healthy Eating “101” is a 3-month, six session Zoom Group Program that will create a paradigm shift in how you shop, cook and enjoy your meals. Each session will cover a category; whole-food sources of protein, fat & oils, leafy greens, sugar, grains etc., and their nutritional benefits. We will take a deep dive into these categories sharing the best food choices and recipes to try. HE 101 meets for 75 minutes, every other week. Email support is provided between sessions. By the end of this course, you will have:
