Ingredients
1/4 cup EVOO
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Italian spices (or your favorite fresh herbs)
A couple pinches of sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bow whisk together all ingredients or place ingredients into a jar, cover and shake well.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Shake well before serving.
