Ingredients
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Combine tahini, garlic & lemon juice & blend in food processor
- Add ½ cup chick peas, cumin & garlic and process
- Drizzle in olive oil while processing
- Add ½ cup chic peas & 2 tbsp. water, blend until smooth
*Add in more water slowly to achieve the consistency you like
Plate it with a little olive oil, chic peas, paprika and parley
