DESCRIPTION:Master Sound Healer Michelle Clifton will teach the basics of how to play Himalayan Singing Bowls; how to hold the bowls\, strike the bowls & use different mallets to achieve different sounds for meditation. \nYou will also learn how the bowl can be used for healing different parts of the body as well as for one’s personal well-being. \nBowls will be provided for training.
