DESCRIPTION:Nourish Thy Self – Freedom From Emotional Eating \nAre Your Ready To Nourish Yourself ? \nJoin psychotherapist\, Dr. Annecy Baez for a six week psycho-educational support group to nourish the self and strengthen your relationship with food. It is not uncommon that many of us will overeat or mindlessly eat snacks\, and meals when under stress or disconnected. This 6 week psycho-educational support group will focus\, not on what and how to eat\, but on self care skills that will teach you how to mange your emotions\, your urges\, how to live in the present moment\, and to learn from your feelings\, as well as how to cope with distress more skillfully. This group is scheduled biweekly\, every other Saturday for 2- hours. Material will be provided. \n*This group is currently in session and closed out.
